Maaisha joined Premier Chambers in 2016 and assisted in a wide range of legal matters, including civil and criminal litigation and corporate and commercial transactions. Some of her notable work at the firm include working on loan transactions and drafting of security documentation.
She served as Assistant Counsel at the Maldives Monetary Authority from 2022-2025 and was actively involved in reviewing, drafting and translation of various laws and regulations relevant to the financial sector.
Maaisha rejoined the firm in 2026 as an In-House Attorney, bringing valuable experience from both private practice and public service.
